With over 30 years of experience in customer service, administrative, and management roles, she enjoys facing challenges and thrives on organization and efficiency. She is proficient in calendar management and travel coordination. Her objective is to streamline operations for her team to enhance productivity and foster a harmonious work-life balance.
In her free time, Shannon enjoys cooking, adopting shelter animals, and orchestrating trips for her family.
