Morgan joined Level Financial Group in July 2025 after working for Forvis Mazars. During his tenure at Forvis Mazars, Morgan was a Senior Consultant supporting areas of valuations, litigation, and forensic engagements.
Morgan provided various forensics and valuation services to clients in industries including, but not limited to: real estate, construction, government contracting, and manufacturing and distributions services. He has been involved in valuation projects of closely held businesses for estate and/or tax planning purposes, and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocations as well as for impairment testing purposes. Morgan has experience of valuing equity in companies with complex capital structures related to acquisitions and stock compensations. He also has experience working with Monte Carlo simulations for the purposes of contingent consideration payments.
Morgan has previously performed assurance and attestation services for both publicly and privately-owned clients. In prior roles he performed services including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, bookkeeping, and internal control evaluations for clients in various industries, with a primary focus on government contracting.
